Text messaging

By requesting a tow through TowMatch or providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from TowMatch about your tow request. These may include appointment confirmations, driver dispatch and arrival notices, job status updates, and replies to questions you send us.

Message frequency varies depending on your tow. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the number below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for charges your carrier applies to messages you receive from us.

Towing services

TowMatch provides towing and roadside services. Quotes and scheduled times are estimates until confirmed in writing or by text. Completed services are payable at the agreed rate. Vehicles are handled with reasonable care; TowMatch is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle or for pre-existing damage.
