When you request a tow we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, vehicle information, and details about the service you need. We also keep records of the text messages we send and receive about your tow.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform your tow, send status updates by text, answer your questions, and keep accurate business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages and your number

You opt in to TowMatch text messages by entering your mobile number when you request a tow at towmatch.app or by giving it to us directly. Your mobile number is used only for messages related to your tow: confirmations, dispatch and arrival notices, job status, and replies to questions you send. Message frequency varies by tow. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Opting out does not affect your towing service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate: our text-message delivery provider, our website and data hosting providers, and payment processors when applicable. These providers may process your information solely to deliver their services to us, and may not use it for their own marketing. We never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or lead generators.

Retention and your choices

We keep tow records for as long as needed for business, tax, and legal purposes. You may ask us to update or delete your information, subject to those requirements, by contacting us.
