How you opt in
When you request a tow at towmatch.app/tow, you enter your mobile number and check this box. It is never pre-checked, and you can submit a request without it.
You can also give consent verbally when booking by phone. TowMatch sends the updates from (833) 950-1391. Easy VIP Auto Transport is the first towing business using the TowMatch platform.
What we send
- “TowMatch: your tow is confirmed for Tue between 9:00-11:00 AM. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”
- “TowMatch: your driver is on the way to your pickup. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “TowMatch: your vehicle was delivered. Thanks for choosing TowMatch. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Service messages only — scheduling offers, confirmations, driver dispatch and arrival, and delivery confirmation. No marketing or promotional texts.
Frequency, rates, and stopping
Message frequency varies by tow — typically 2 to 5 messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages; reply HELP or call or text (833) 950-1391 for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
